I had a very difficult situation come up when my disability insurance company denied my benefits. After speaking to several different attorneys, Jeff was the only one who was fully experienced to know what we needed to do in order to force them to reinstate my benefits. I was very hesitant at first because I thought I could go through this process on my own, but in hindsight I realize I never would’ve known what to do. Save yourself some time and get the right amount you deserve. I worked with Mr. Evans for my case and was told an amount we would get that was the “least amount” after two years of excuses we settled for almost a quarter of the “least amount”. Overall terrible experience not a lot of responsibility from Mr. Evans your gonna have to send documents over and over again.
