I was impressed with what help she was able to provide. I will keep Rocket Lawyer in mind for any of the legal services they provide if only for their excellent customer service!

It was easy to use, and enabled me to save it as a Word doc for final customization.Since I don’t do this often, I didn’t need to keep the membership past the 7-day trial period. But when I forgot to cancel the paid membership, they were prompt and courteous refunding the $39.99. Although I did have to enter my credit card info I’m pretty good about canceling free trials. Well I forgot to cancel it and was thinking I’d just have to eat that $40 but decided to appeal to their customer service rep who was quick to respond and offer me a refund despite it being my own fault. Although I did have to enter my credit card info I’m pretty good about canceling free trials. Well I forgot to cancel it and was thinking I’d just have to eat that $40 but decided to appeal to their customer service rep who was quick to respond and offer me a refund despite it being my own fault.
