Critical: Professionalism, QualityNot professional. Was picking sides between 2 people when she’s supposed to be a mediator. Said that she was going to charge 300 total (150 each) but ended up charging $1000 (500 each) all for what? She didn’t even do her job… all she had to do was make an agreement between 2 people but was being hostile and attacking one person and supporting the other. Oh! Not to mention that she was going to refuse one person photocopies of “evidence” the other person brought even thought she told them she would 100% give it to them but since the other person told her “no don’t give it to her.” She obeyed them. Because I know for a fact you will not drag me or my sister when the mediation had nothing to do with us to begin with.
