Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessThis attorney took our money and never followed through with us. Not just once, but twice the person that was supposed to compile our paperwork just kept telling me she needed more paperwork. I’d like to know at what point do they have enough paperwork? I would send them copies of our paystubs regularly and she always said she needed our most recent ones. I came to believe it was just a stalling tactic on their part. We never got to the point where anyone told us what chapter we would qualify for or anything. It was just a way to use up our deposit and it got us nowhere. This attorney took our money and never followed through with us.
