I think this guy got kicked out of acting school and decided to be a defense attorney specializing in backroom negotiations with prosecutors; hard to tell what side he’s representing. Lied a lot, couldn’t perform rudimentary math functions with a calculator (86% of a 10yr flat sentence w/good behavior) – (1.58 yrs time served) = …..4.5 yrs??!! I don’t think so, more like 7 yrs minimum. But this is what he told my family and I to avoid going to trial. He will assume you’re stupid, don’t believe a word he says.
