Critical: Professionalism
Completely unprofessional experience with Ms. Place. I went to her September 2019 for a consultation for divorce and custody. Ms. Place took a copy of personal financial information, my drivers license, among other details of my marriage. I watched Ms. Place make a file of my information. She advised me on certain matters regarding our separation. She also cashed the check that was made out to her for the consultation. Fast forward to March 2021 I discovered she was representing my husband for divorce and custody. Ms. Place said she did not recall meeting nor has any records of meeting. I emailed my current lawyer immediately and informed her of the consultation and a copy of the cashed check. I don’t recommend her, she is unable to maintain ethics or keep organized office records. If you’re looking for a professional, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
