I agreed with most negative feedbacks. Despite my repeated requests to speak to an attorney, I was told that it’s not possible, because they did not know which attorney will represent me until the court time. All I could talk to was the coordinator/case manager. Even after the court hearing, all they did was to send me a generic email letter notifying the outcome and where to pay the fine, without detailing how they lost the case. I don’t really understand how they accumulated such high average google rating. Next time I would go to a firm that I can actually talk to the attorney, if there is next time.

Their bill for getting a speeding ticket reduce to $249 was $549, the 6 point no reduction and a driver responsibility fee of $300 was added on top that. Never called to update the status of my case. Waste of my time not to mention money call around there are other lawyers better and cheaper. They’re lucky I gave them 2 stars.
