This is the first review I have ever left in my life. Which I now owe a degree or % of it to Rosenblum Schwartz & Fry; specifically Scott Rosenblum. The services provided by this firm were worth every SINGLE cent. I was charged for something I did not do; and knew immediately to go to Scott as he has helped others that I know. The firm worked together as a team in many aspects of my case; it went on for almost 18 months (covid era) The prosecution team offered multiple pleas; each one getting “better” than the last. I was not going to take any plea; especially for something I did not do. After an intense period of being out on bond etc; at the preliminary hearing when the prosecution team knew trial was my only choice; case was dismissed. I had no fear what so ever during this time because I knew who was in my corner and am extremely grateful to not have been coerced into signing a plea or being treated poorly etc. I can’t thank this firm and Scott enough for what they have done for me.

Simply the best. My fiancé was wrongfully charged with murder in the first degree and life without parole, when it was a self-defense case. Scott Rosenblum and TJ Matthes and their team did a fantastic job bringing light and painting a picture to a terrible video of My fiancé in a life or death situation having to choose life. I hope no one has to ever go through this type of Situation we had to live through. We were threatened and terrorized for over a year, and there was a long paper trail with the city of St. Louis police claiming this person to be a nuisance and threatening other’s lives as well As our own. It is a persons worst nightmare to be put in a situation where they have to choose their life as my Fiancé did. Thank You, Scott Free and TJ Matthes, for giving us our lives back.

Total waste of money. He lied to me up front as he was charging me tons of money, then he got me no better than what a public defender would have gotten and honestly he was worse than a public defender. He had one of his puppets, Brianne Besheer take my case even though I hired him. She couldn’t answer a single question without talking to Scott. She was rude, and always made you feel like you were bothering her. I will steer everyone I know away from this firm. Scott is no longer the best. He’s now in it for the money only, and could care less about winning or his clients. He’s a crook. St. Louis county has a 96% conviction rate, so save yourself some money and get a public defender. They do a better job than any attorney and they are free.

TJ was great, he never led me on one way or the other, only giving me the facts. I was able to ask many questions with TJ giving me pinpoint answers. TJ was also very organized, making sure I knew when the court dates were etc. Because my case was considered “High Profile,” Scott Rosenblum got involved when I proceeded towards the trial. Due to the nature of the case Scott made it known that the odds of winning were not good. However, because I knew I was not guilty, I had to move forward towards a trial. With no physical evidence, and no provable motive, Scott with the help of TJ, was able to use the plaintiffs words against each other and win the trial.
