I received my greencard through a lawyer working at Ross Silverman. In all fairness, after long documentation preparation and a few rounds of exchange with USCIS to provide more information, once my application was denied by USCIS and it was certainly horrific time, but luckily the lawyer pointed out that the USCIS’s denial was wrong and we could make an appeal against the decision. I was skeptical because an appeal had been almost never granted but in the end, we got what we asked for. I am so appreciative for the suggestion to appeal because we could have simply given up at that time.

Avoid this law office at all costs. They are supposedly immigration lawyers but after almost a year of working with Howard Silverman (Howey), we clearly determined that this man is a conn-art. They will use every technique to scar their clients. The whole time he used a fear tactic so that we could keep coming back for our case. In the end after thousands of dollars spent, we learned that he was working with the prosecutor in the case and something fishy was going on. He never did anything he promised he would do.
