I keep receiving a $28 bill despite the fact the town was paid and late fees were waived because state didn’t inform town when I moved out of state. This office even sent me an email stating they would note it on account they still mailed me a bill a few days later. If they continue to send me a bill I will report this matter to business regulations and AG office. They are trying to scam me with their made up bill.

Every couple of months I receive letters from this place stating I owe them money. I don’t owe them anything. These people are scammers trying to take peoples money. Good things I looked at the reviews the first time and found out I was not the only one receiving these letters. Be careful

Worst service I have ever received. I have never been treated so horribly by a professional in my entire life. All I did was call to try and pay my bill. Not even the manager “Joe” could get up and walk to another part of their office to just simply check and confirm they received my payment. In my opinion one of the most unprofessional, lazy, sorry excuses for a debit collector. I will be petitioning my city to considered changing agency’s. It’s embarrassing to my city to even be affiliated with such an “organized”!

I attempted to make my payment online as my bill suggests and it wouldn’t process, twice. So I decided to call the next day and couldn’t have been treated any worse. I was told when I set up the payment plan that I was to get “reminders”. Well these reminders never came so when I brought that up to the lady on the phone I was told to: SET A PERSONAL REMINDER BECAUSE IT WAS MY BILL TO PAY. Are you kidding me? I’m making every effort to pay this bill and you have excuses for YOUR discrepancies? Then she chimed in: “when I know something is due I know to pay my bills”. Well thank you for your interpretation on how life works but sadly, honey, your bill is not the top of anyone’s list… Unlike the water, electric, gas, food etc.
