I have a commercial painting company with 48 employees and at the time that I had the threat of an employee suing my company I sought out legal advice. Before my first encounter with Richard Rudolph I went to three different attorneys seeking advice and after they heard my situation each requested between $6,000-$7,000 dollars up front to proceed. I fortunately found Richard and when I went to my appointment, he sat down with me to review the issue and situation and said that this is a simple workers compensation case and their attorneys would represent me. At the end of our conversation when I inquired what I owed him to my relief he said nothing for this meeting since it was a workers compensation case. Ever since my first encounter four years ago with Richard whenever I have felt a threat of a lawsuit I’ve turned to Richard for counsel and over the years he has treated me with the utmost respect, fairness, and given me excellent representation and advice. He has counseled me on how to avoid issues, as well as, how to proceed with some complicated issues to minimize outrageous unwarranted lawsuits by employees.
