He produced several documents, none of which accurately identified the beneficiaries, despite the fact that we made those beneficiaries clear from the outset, and did so again several times over the course of the following months. Would not recommend, especially in litigation dealing with guardianships. Ruggiero would illegally park in West Chester then bill me the full fine, when I refused to pay him he smeared my good name to the court, BEWARE. Cost to loose my mom to a predatory guardianship exceeded THOUSANDS without due process, laws were not followed, million dollar trust lost when the court did not have jurisdiction but he kept wanting more money from me. We lost our home because this man does not know what he is doing in court.

STAY AWAY from Ruggiero Law. They are very quick and efficient to take your payment, but not so much on delivering the agreed to services. No person at the Ruggiero Law Firm even had the decency to reply to my multiple written complaints. Ultimately, I had to file a complaint with the ‘Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pa, and they agreed with me, that a violation did occur. So unless you enjoy spending all of your time chasing down an attorney to perform services you paid for, or if you enjoy being ignored by an attorney you have paid, listening to multiple excuses, or having to file complaints with the courts against your own attorney, you should avoid this firm like the plague!
