In the summer of 2017 we sold a property. Mr. Miosek was the purchaser’s attorney. Mr. Miosek provided us with an incorrect statement of sale in early 2018, all mistakes in favor of his client. We finally received the outstanding amounts legally owed us in the fall of 2018, over one year after selling the property – and this only after months and months of back and forth between our attorney and Mr. Miosek.
