I payed for almost a full year and they did absolutely NOTHING on my case. This “attorney” apparently only receives consult calls because once hired he definitely wont receive a call or even an email. I could never get a hold of him or his assistant. They never answered or responded until another attorney contacted them. I received a call from the assistant for permission to talk about my case so apparently they talk to other attorneys but I could never get a response myself. That’s when I found out the whole time they had done nothing and where “waiting”. Something that was definitely not mentioned before hiring them because they knew i wouldn’t have if they told me this from the beginning. I called and asked them to pull out of my case and send me the case file. Three weeks later I’m STILL waiting.. save you time and money and DONT go to these scammers for help. All they do is help themselves.

In 2017, my husband and I were desperately looking for an attorney. We came across Saenz-Garcia Law and saw this picture of Arvin, our Attorney. My husband and I had previously gone to two other Attorneys and we were given little to none information. We were requested to pay for the consultations, only to be told that my husband’s case was more than likely not in our favor. Attorney Arvin was completely different! Arvin took his busy schedule to give us a consultation at the last minute. Attorney Arvin was honest and real. He really took the time to explain the type of case we were going to face, with the good and possible bad. Attorney Arvin gave us direction and took charge of our case. From 2017 to 2022, Saenz-Garcia Law had kept in contact with us in a professional, timely manner. There was never confusion or miscommunication regarding our case and the tasks required from us. Bad Choice! This lawyer messed my case up. He caused my family and I great pain and suffering. Anyone needing a lawyer should be careful NOT to select Arvin Saenz. Don’t fall for his cheap fees. Its not worth you losing your case or being detained for too long. If you don’t stay alert, he will handle your case poorly and you might lose your case. I almost lost my case had it not been for my wife who handled everything after this attorney messed us up. It’s all over now. Thank God for my wife.
