We used St. Geo. Estate Law to update our Trust after relocating to Utah. The process was very professional and issue free. There was no rush and Thomas Crofts took as much time as was needed to ensure all questions were answered to our satisfaction. I think what impressed us the most is he patiently listened to – and answered – all of our questions (and there were many). In addition, he’s super knowledgeable and he carefully and patiently translated a lot of the legalese into layman’s language, which made it so much easier to understand. We’re relatively new to St. George and did some research regarding estate attorneys and Thomas was highly recommended and very reasonably priced. Recently, my husband and I had Thomas Crofts, with Saint George Estate Law in St. George, UT, do all of our estate documents (Trust, Wills, Advance Directives, Powers of Attorney, Warranty Deed to put our home in the name of the Trust – and several other docs as well) – and he did an excellent job! I think what impressed us the most is he patiently listened to – and answered – all of our questions (and there were many).
