Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI was recommended to go here for legal assistance. I got charged $500.00 up front to take my case and they needed to request some documents. I got asked to wait about 5 to 6 months. After a year a try calling and asked what happened. They keep asking me to wait. I asked like 10 times to speak with Monica Salazar and she never wanted to get on the phone and she never called me back. I called many time to asked if they were not taking my case at least give me my file. I don’t want you to keep my file. Keep the $500 and give me my file. So far, no one has called me. No one response, I wanted to go to the office to pickup my file and I can’t go without an appointment. This has been the worst experience ever with a lawyer. Very unprofessional. Very irresponsible.Bout the way. It has been 1 year and 7 months now and still nothing. Obviously I am never getting help. The staff at Salazar have been there every step of the way. We recently went to ciudad juarez for my husband’s immigration appointment. As nervous wrecking as it was I know non of it would have gone as smoothly as it did had it not been for Monica and Elizabeth. They really coached us through the entire process, organizing the paper work, giving us great legal advice, and making sure every day went smooth. I can tell you from experience, while going through the immigration process, it is essential to have a good lawyer. Many people have told us it was a waste of money, however, I can confidently say it was worth everything. My husband and I are both back home, and safe, after 2 weeks in mexico.
