My husband and I consider ourselves fortunate that Sandra Clapp was recommended to us when we were deciding which attorney to choose to create our family trust. Everyone in her office was friendly and helpful. Trust matters were explained clearly. We were happy with the service she provided and the cost. More recently, I engaged Sandra Clapp’s services on a litigation matter, she patiently answered my many questions and concerns in a way that I could understand. We did a virtual call with her to come up with our entire game plan. And then we worked closely with her team. To go back and forth in order to get things completely down to our preferences. We were referred by a friend to Sandra’s office for our will and estate planning. We did a virtual call with her to come up with our entire game plan. And then we worked closely with her team. To go back and forth in order to get things completely down to our preferences. They were very easy to work with and very reasonable. I have even referred to other friends to them since we started the process.

Before the consultation we had only spoken to the receptionist to set up the meeting which took me having to call the office several times to follow up because no communication was received. The phone consultation was for a hour and a half and she then sent a bill after her consultation for $600. Once we received the bill I was shocked because she never mention what her fee would be and when I spoke with her and stated I felt that this was unfair and we would agree to pay $500 she refused, so I sent the check for $500 and then received two months later a additional bill for the balance of $100 plus now 18% interest added to the bill.
