After a tragic loss in my family, I learned the importance of Estate Planning and Power of Attorneys. Sarah’s Law Firm helped me write my own will as well as Power of Attorney documents. They made it so easy and make it a point not to speak “lawyer.” Their expertise, honesty and costs were great. All the prices are up front and competitive. Everyone needs to have these documents and knowledge. Sarah’s Law firm also continues to support their clients after everything, so as life changes they work with you to keep everything up to date. Took my parents here as well where they got a free consultation, too. I think you get a free consultation if you call. I recommend this business AND knowing about what happens when you’re gone–your loved ones will thank you.

Critical: Professionalism, ResponsivenessMy husband and I contacted “Sarah’s Law Firm” (unprofessional name in my option) to make an appointment to get some important pre-death legal items handled. Apparently there are many steps BEFORE that can be done with Sarahs’s Law Firm. One has to answer a lot of questions via online service questionnaire before they will even grant an appointment. Because I was unwilling to disclose all of our assets online and before meeting with an attorney in person, I was told by Jocelyn that that is their policy…. and “I could go elsewhere “. Unbelievable! Apparently their fees are based upon ones assets?!?!? I trust that the information I already provided via their on line questionnaire will not be accessed by others for use in a fraudulent manner.I am known for positive reviews when warranted but this firm does not get one from me. I immediately made an appointment with another elder law office and suggest all needing elder cate law services do the same. Had an inquiry and was told I could file court paperwork at any probate office. They would do court to court correspondence. I tried at my local probate. The lady behind the counter advised me to find another lawyer because that was not true. Needless to say, I didnt hire.
