I used Michelle (and her excellent staff) for my estate planning, and they did great work, are lovely people, who clearly know their stuff and are interested in helping, and were prompt and reasonably-priced — and I’ve heard about others who took forever and charged an enormous amount. In addition, I have seen her give presentations on wills, trusts, etc., and she is patient, knowledgeable, thorough, patient, approachable/easy to talk to, did I mention patient?
