Marlon did an excellent job reviewing my case on the phone and helped me determine that using his services was probably not in my best interest due to cost. I appreciated his candor. He gave me an hour of his time for free, weighed the factors of my case, and suggested I go to small claims court. He even offered to talk to me again before going to small claims court if I had additional questions. I called Scalley Reading Bates Hansen & Rasmussen to talk to a real estate attorney today and was directed to Marlon Bates. Marlon did an excellent job reviewing my case on the phone and helped me determine that using his services was probably not in my best interest due to cost. I appreciated his candor. He gave me an hour of his time for free, weighed the factors of my case, and suggested I go to small claims court.
