Initially I was thinking about going for wrongful termination but the attorney I reached out to had said that it may be better to go for disability because the company could just keep fighting it and drawing it out. I have been having some serious medical issues for several years now and ended up losing my job because of those issues. Initially I was thinking about going for wrongful termination but the attorney I reached out to had said that it may be better to go for disability because the company could just keep fighting it and drawing it out.
