I started by contacting the firm through its website and arranging for a complimentary consultation at their office in a lovely Victorian in St. Paul. I was so impressed. Rachel Schromen is very knowledgeable, professional, and energetic, and has great communication skills. She prepared my documents quickly and accurately, provided exactly what I needed, and replied to my questions promptly. She’s also a very warm, pleasant person to talk to, and her growing staff is efficient, respectful, and responsive.
