Scott A. Ruth is a native of Allentown, Pennsylvania, and has been practicing law since he graduated from Dickinson School of Law in 1991. He has worked and lived in Hanover since 1994. In July 2002, he opened his own law office, concentrating his practice in divorce, child custody, and child and spousal support. Angela Druck Ruth, paralegal to Scott Ruth, is a native of eastern York County. Previously to helping Scott start his own law office in July 2002, she was a real estate title abstractor and real estate paralegal.

Literally the WORST attorney I’ve ever spoken with! Refused to talk to me, refused to answer questions on how much is the retainer, or do you charge for a consultation. The woman answering the phone was RUDE and again refused my calls and my case without even hearing it. It’s so SAD that a mother is calling you hysterical and desperate for legal representation and you refuse to even take the call. Disgusting how people are treated nowadays, there’s no compassion!
