Scott Lueders is an amazing attorney, who has gone above and beyond to help not only clients but a daughter of an old friend, when she desperately needed legal aid she was unable to afford. I came to him in a time if crisis, as a single mother, on a very limited income, when my daughter’s father filed for emergency custody of our daughter of grounds that had no factual basis or evidence to support his claims. I was given only a few days to respond for the courts, and in a moment of panic, I called upon Scott. Busy with his own life and a full caseload, Scott found the time over the next few days to walk me through the paperwork I needed to file and through the court process step by step that I would have to go through in the following months. He gave me sound advice for mediation and how to carry myself during the process, and, should I have needed it, offered to appear with me in Court if the matter went unresolved beyond mediation. He did it knowing I had no means of paying for his services; there are few attorneys in practice today, especially in this area of California who are willing to go out of their way to help someone in need regardless of that persons financial situation.

Complete disappointment. He did well in court once! He was rude, short with me. Intimidated by my ex’s attorney. Threatened to drop me as a client if I didn’t allow him to Lien my house for $25,000 While at-the time my ex was selling off assets, one a freight liner truck for $26,000. My ex forged my name on a boat and sold it for $22,000, between Leuders and the court they allowed my ex to get away with his legal misconduct. Complete nightmare. Nothing was split 50/50. My ex falsified letters from a crony stating he wanted to purchase our business, 18 years earlier, when in actuality my ex had a meeting to purchase His business, the guy moved back East. Why would he want to purchase our business and move? Also our business was our main source of income. We had an infant at the this time absolutely absurd. I worked 20 years growing our business and Got NOTHING for it.
