I hired Scott Brown to represent me when I was served with a petition to modify custody. He heard all my concerns and helped me navigate how to address the present issues and even some issues that had been ongoing for years. I think most people can agree court is stressful and hard in so many ways. Finding someone to represent you that knows what he/she is doing is so important. When we got to court, Scott was so well organized, prepared, quick to think, and calm under pressure, as well as gracious to answer my millions of questions along the way. He presented my case so well and did what needed to be done to ensure the outcome was just. I am thankful to have him representing me.

The worse! We hired them for my brothers case. They didn’t even meet with him prior the to the court date to discuss anything. The day off they sent an associate to do the case and he completely lost it. He gave in to everything the other person wanted told my brother that was his best chance he didn’t even try. We spent 5k for this office after my aunt went through them and also lost her custody battle because they are horrible. After one court date they then requested another 2k. And the lawyer that represented my brother quit on them and they didn’t have another lawyer present who even knew or bothered with the case! We hired them to try and 50/50 custody and they gave us the opposite instead we to 20% custody like every other father (every other weekend) !!! Worse office ever! I should’ve went to to Terry she guaranteed us 50/50. They work with a bunch of new associates and new lawyers and just to throw them to your case and don’t bother and getting to know the case until the day off! Do not make the mistake we did do not go with them!!

Terrible service, I hired Bethany LaBelle and got absolutely nothing done except all my money sucked up through emails and phone calls that literally lead nowhere. I am very displeased with the service and will not recommend anyone to waste their time and money with Bethany LaBelle or anyone from this law firm. They don’t care about you or your situation only the money and even that doesn’t motivate them enough to try. Long story short I fired her and looking for a new custody lawyer now.

Hired these people for my daughter they guy charged 5000 didn’t even get my daughter child support and then sent another bill for 4000 more it’s crazy what people expect to get paid these day for subpar work luckily he did get my grandkids back for her I can say that would be worth 5000 maybe if we had gotten the signed copy of the papers we paid for.
