David Stevens represented us over ten years ago when we went through our bankruptcy. Without notice, after the ten years passed, one of the creditors started billing us and threatening collection. They annoyed us for almost a year. I contacted David and we discussed my options and by following his (do-it-yourself) advice I was able to send an appropriate demand letter and get the process stopped. In fact, we even received a full explanation of their error and an apology. We also had a backup plan ready to go whereby he would file against them, but it turned out to be not needed.
