Worked 6 months with the company and they are the most disorganized and thinly managed company operating in NY state. Under no circumstances should anybody with security experience work for this company. Other companies are better managed and have more advancement opportunities for guard positions. I would never take any managerial job if offered because I’ve seen how neurotically stressed the managers are since the company as a whole either won’t hire any more hands or maybe they can’t find anyone willing to jump on their sinking ship.

This company is a joke, I had a phone call from one guy who wouldn’t give me alot of details when I asked questions it was like the job I was applying for was a DoD, he said he couldnt give me much info except it was for a big box store and to wait for the boss to call, I received a phone call 10-15mins later and the first thing that was said is you bring me 2 guys. This guy I talked to gave me alittle more details but keep asking that I bring 2 other guys with me, the application was sent via txt to my cell and they asked that I click the link and fill it out. Overall SEB isn’t a real security company but rather a fly by night joke.

This company doesn’t deserve 5 stars but it definitely doesn’t deserve as low as 2.2 on 9/5/19. One has to find the positive in this company. They are not just 95% tolerant of my Sabbath Observance Judaism but 100% Religious tolerant. Additionally, they work with You. i recommend this Company for both individuals looking for a Job and for Corporations looking to sign a contract. Unfortunately, i’m not giving this 5 stars because i’ve been lied to by two employees of this company. At this point i will not put their names in writing on condition that they don’t ever do that to me again.
