Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueShe has had our case for many years. She doesn’t do her job in a timely manner. We try to contact her and she isn’t responsive. Also, she gave misguided us and it led to many other problems with immigration. Our status was rejected because of her unprofessionalism. I do not recommend her at all. Be careful people. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueShe’s been “handling” my fathers case, it’s been OVER A YEAR and NOT ONCE have we gotten a call for information regarding his case. We have had to call to ask questions and every time we are told we will get a “call back” only to have to call again and again for WEEKS to get told they are working on it. Don’t waste your time or money here, these people DO NOT CARE about what they are doing.
