Anyone who is trying to decide on an attorney for any type of workers comp issues, I strongly recommend Steven Shakhnevich from Shakhnevich Law Group, P.C.. You would be hard-pressed to find someone more knowledgeable in NY workers comp laws, took the time to explain every step of the process and kept me up to date on everything pertaining to my case. From my experience, worker’s comp people are not out to help the working woman but with Steven on your side they will be forced to do everything the law provides for. Steve helped us in a very bad situation and was able to squeeze out of it everything that was possible. Very glad we used his services.
