Mr. Lambert is a smooth talker but his actions do not reflect his statements. He took 4500.00 for 3 hrs work but billed it out at over 15,000 plus.

Very rude and unprofessional. Please do not waste your time and money. My boyfriend and I had never been put in a situation to where we had to get a lawyer, so without much knowledge.. Sherman Lambert was our first pick. We paid him $11,000 straight out because he wouldn’t accept any type of payment agreement. We paid him all of that money and all he did was handle a couple of misdemeanors and tried to have us pay him another $3,000 (for the other charges, that very well were included but he purposely waived them to circuit to try to get more money out of us). He has disrespected me multiple times and called me a liar. He didn’t explain anything to us and when I would ask questions so that I would have a better understanding of things, he got VERY annoyed. He never answered phone calls and would respond to text messages 5 days later. He is just extremely rude. At that point we realized he would keep trying to get more money out of us anyway he could and we no longer wanted to deal with someone who treated us the way he did.. so we began looking for another lawyer; I learned my lesson from Sherman Lambert getting over on us so I did PLENTY of research. In doing so, I came across some things about Mr. Lambert (PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!). In the end we ended up finding a very high rated lawyer who took on everything for no where near as much money and what he charged us is a flat rate and he told us no matter the circumstances the price will not go up.
