Hello, I created 50 labels via shipstation and was charged, as usual, via stamps.com but my labels did not print.

Charges a “service fee” even when postage has been prepaid. Doesn’t accept debit/credit cards for charges under $10 but may make an exception and pass along the processing charge which is ILLEGAL.

They charge $2 per package for service fees, even with a prepaid label. Every other shipping place I’ve been to does not have service fees. I recommend looking elsewhere. I recommend looking at this other place in Kenosha if you don’t like fees.
