Just had a meeting with him today regarding some real estate business, and I was pleasantly surprised at the friendly, knowledgeable, “non-sketchy” candor of Clayton Krohn. I have dealt with many lawyers for many reasons, in many states. There are the status quo skevy ones, the tolerable ones, and then there’s the small percentage category that I would put Clayton in. Perfectly punctual, not at all condescending, completely prepared, and concise. All without making anyone in our entourage feel like we were taking up his valuable time. He has a non-arrogant confidence about him that, I would guess, comes from his high level of competence. If you have an opportunity to do business with this guy, you’ll see what I mean. My wife and I were very impressed with his efficient and ‘to the point’ way of handling our case and we left feeling elated and at ease. We are confident that he will quickly and effectively broker our deal, and ensure that an “everybody wins” result is achieved. Not often that I get such good vibes from a practitioner of law. Meeting him today was enough to put him at the top of my list when someone asks me if I know of any good lawyers in the area. NOTE: Google mis-reports his address as 426 W Friendly Avenue. It is actually 436. Give them a call before you visit and make sure you get the ‘how to find the entrance’ run down from the extremely professional and friendly administrative staff.
