Easy to be around in the office and has your back fully in court. It’s never a fun situation when dealing with attorneys but our experience with Kristen was wonderful. I do not recommend this Law firm to anyone. I was constantly ignored. I would call and email days in a row and finally had to reach out to the opposing counsel before I got a short email back. I wanted help to keep the kids in the safest environment possible and she just gifted them to the other party. There was no fighting for me or my children. I was forced to leave with nothing and then give more.

They called me 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me that the service I had made the appointment for 4 days earlier wasn’t provided (even though when I called to make the appointment, I had asked about exactly that.) I wasnt wild about answering what seemed like a dozen questions that they require, and then having them standing me up at the last minute. I think they had just double booked themselves, so they had to call someone and tell them to stay away is all I can figure. Not too professional.

I should have known when I did a consolation with them, it was 2 attorneys in the room during consolation and the one that was going to be over my case was quite the whole time and never spoke or asked any questions.
