I was recommended to HSW by a coworker in 2014 after being in a major car accident. I had never had a case before so I was super nervous about the whole process. I initially met with Kenneth who absolutely made me feel so much better about my case. He walked me through the entire process, kept me informed and answered any and all questions that I had. Ken was super amazing at explaining everything to me and making sure that I completely understood how the process would work. He was also very honest and extremely realistic in regards to my case. My case was subsequently transferred over to Dan and I cannot say enough about Dan! Dan is awesome! He really took the time to talk to me and make sure I was comfortable with the movement of my case, as when he took over the case, things were starting to move rather quickly. Dan made sure that I saw the best of the best Doctors and that I was in good hands when it came to surgeries or follow up appointments. He was completely understanding of some of my concerns regarding my course of treatment. He made sure I was informed at all times about my case. But I am sure they would agree when I say they couldn’t be as AMAZING as they are without the support of the employees they have working for them!Something that stood out to me was that I could call the firm and I would immediately speak to a LIVE person! Many Law Firms have automated services answering their calls and you have to press 30 numbers to get nowhere but frustrated. Then trying to enter a last name or a first name and still getting nowhere but frustrated, getting transfered 15 times and ultimately hanging up in frustration and having to try again later! Anytime I called HSW I was always greeted with a friendly voice by Sue their legal secretary. She was always very kind and helpful everytime I called. If Dan was not available she would make sure to take a message or offer that I speak to Dan’s Assistant, Nydia. Nydia was so helpful in providing me any information I needed. She often reminded me of appointments and/or items that I needed to provide! Leigh was also very helpful to me when my case needed to go through PIP arb! She was able to work with my insurance company to get some medical bills paid for. To say that was a relief is an understatement!I worked for a company for 13 years as an Executive Manager. One of my duties was to ensure Company MORALE. I happen to KNOW that MORALE at HSW is very high. I happen to know that Bayard, Dan and Kenneth are VERY GOOD to their Employees. I happen to know that their Employees are treated very well by them. I happen to know that their Employees LOVE working for them. I happen to know they create a great atmosphere for their Employees.
