My accident took place in December 2019. Since then I’ve bounced around to three different paralegals with none of them being aware of where the last left off. Documents have been misplaced and misspelled. I’ve even had to initiate communication between the legal team and my doctors because there was none at one point. The communication is horrible. You call and email multiple times with there being weeks before receiving a response. I’ve emailed and called Attorney Snow directly with my concerns about the lack of professionalism, in return I received no communication from him at all. Only a brief call from paralegal #2. I was referred to him by someone who received excellent care. So I can only assume that other cases outside of accident cases are handled more professionally.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueMr. Snow represented my son on a drug case , he missed 8 court dates didn’t return phone calls and was about to be held in contempt of court! The Judge told my son you have showed more professionalism and responsibility than your attorney! Since then my son and I have been trying to get his paperwork sent to him from Mr. SNOW we have been given the run around for over a year. We have contacted the board and th have contacted him to give my son his paperwork and still nothing! I guess we have to get an attorney to get it from him i don’t know. I don’t know where all these reviews are from but in a serious case Mr Snow only came to court to show off his suits!! Then just got off phone with him and he just lied and said he sent my sons original court papers through the mail! Thats unheard of and not legal! Can’t tell me where or when he sent tbem.just lying! He’s saying he has no paperwork of my sons case now! This lawyer is is liar! Soon as we paid him he bought a new car!
