My husband and I both went to Don Baker for help getting on disability. From the moment we walked in the door to the time we both received our first disability check has been a complete and wonderful experience. My husband received his very quickly. I on the other hand was the normal waiting period. I went through my denial and appeals and got my approval. The whole time, Don and his secretary, Bonnie was always so encouraging and so empathetic to us. Every time I called or went in the office, we were always welcomed with smiles and help. When we needed to talk to Don, if we couldn’t get in that day it was usually the next day. When I needed forms filled out and notarized for help with hospital documents, they were always quick and helpful. Always very professional yet you felt like a friend, not just a client. So Don left, worst mistake they ever made. Theresa was my attorney and kept mentioning a diagnosis I didn’t have in court but never mentioned the diagnosis I did have. She then acted all surprised when I mentioned the stuff in court that she told me prehearing to explain. Didn’t submit super important Drs papers to court so was denied for no Dr proof along with other things. When I got denied they basically told me I skrewed myself and they weren’t going to help me. Won’t recommend to ANYONE. Worst service ever.
