The customer service clerk named Trish needs to find a new job. She seemed like she didn’t even want to be there and that she was miserable. The past 3 times I went in there she was extremely rude every time. Actually even making me cry and raising her voice to me. After reading some reviews apparently this is nothing new. Though the older woman who I didn’t get the name of helped me and she was very polite and kind, I will not be returning back. Reading the reviews this is obviously not the 1st problem with this particular customer service representative So it’s apparent that things won’t change. Very disappointing.

Walked in there 5 minutes until closing and the ladies were amazing, got our title switched, not one complaint! had some laughs while she was working and we were on our way! Thank you!!! We have used you before and you are always great!!!

Went to Sollenbergers in Carlisle to have vehicle paperwork processed as I have in the past with other vehicles. I have never had a problem with customer service at this location until now. I ended up with Trish “helping” me and apparently I caught her on a bad day. She was extremely rude and acted like she was irritated that she was actually having to do her job.

I lost or never received the title to my mobile home. Went to pendot and provided them with the vin number and they told me there is no title associated with that vin. I was going to have to go to court to prove ownership of the Mobil home. Within 5 minutes of speaking to the title clerk at sollenbergers she had found the records to my title and applied for a duplicate!!!!!! I would have been in some serious trouble if I hadn’t come here. Wish I could give the place more than 5 stars
