Scammed us having us pay for a class 3 weight on our truck and it’s just a small truck over charged us at least $300 !! Sadly just now getting it fixed after months of over paying! Went there to register a vehicle I had shipped from Europe after being stationed there in the military. Brought my title in, woman was speaking in spanish to her son on the phone while helping me, which I found disrespectful. She then told me I would have to go to penndot for registration. I brought the same paperwork to another notary and they handled me no problem. Next time I won’t bother going to sollenberger’s.

I’ve never had an issue with the team at Sollenberger’s. The ladies who work there are professional and know the appropriate policies and regulations. If not, they’ll pull in a co-worker without hesitation to get the job done right the first time. If they can’t legally help you, they will tell you what specific actions you may need to do before they CAN help you (<-- that's key; not everyplace will break it down in layman's terms... plain English, no kidding facts). Only once was I frustrated, but that was misguided. "Don't kill the messenger," moment, when I should have redirected my frustration towards PennDOT, not the folks at Sollenberger's who were kind enough to interpret the letter I received. Great, knowledgeable staff here. Very reasonable rates for their services.

Poor training by staff for new employees. Frustrating to have to make extra trips because the employees at the location were not trained properly. This issue falls on the trainer and senior staff. I’ll find a better place with properly trained staff in the future.

After having issues with a notary in Greencastle (next to a coffee roster) I used Sollenberger’s and was amazed at the difference in customer service. The staff were quick and friendly. In and out in just a few minutes. Will use Sollenberger’s again!

Very unprofessional. Spanish girl kept talking about drinking tequila after work. The other lady was saying shut up in Spanish. Loud and inappropriate ! I’m a recovering alcoholic Her and her disire to get drunk because she’s stressed was less then classy. It honestly reminded me of teenagers with no respect!
