Our company did two Reg CF deals with Sosnow and Associates: one — in Dec 2019 and the other — in April 2020. Both of our deals were rather unusual structures and required a lot of efforts and going back and forth. Robin and Manuel worked on the deal with a crowdfunding portal and our company to launch the deal in the timely fashion. The firm committed to a fixed price. Due to the nature of our deal, it took a lot more hours to get it done. Robin honored the original agreed upon amount without even attempting to increase it. Our next deal is going to Sosnow and Associates as we know that they produce quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend Sosnow and Associates as your legal counsel for your crowdfunding and capital raising needs.
