Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueThis is one of the best places to turn for legal help with critical issues if you cannot afford to hire an attorney. I looked at all of the reviews here and the only negative reviews appear to have been from people that did not get a call back or who were not a good fit for the type of services they needed. However, every review from someone who was represented here is a five star and there is a reason for that this place actually cares and invests in their clients even if they do not have money to pay and that is a very rare thing. This is one of the best places to turn for legal help with critical issues if you cannot afford to hire an attorney. I looked at all of the reviews here and the only negative reviews appear to have been from people that did not get a call back or who were not a good fit for the type of services they needed. However, every review from someone who was represented here is a five star and there is a reason for that this place actually cares and invests in their clients even if they do not have money to pay and that is a very rare thing. I had an eviction case ongoing and I was working with lawyer Christopher who happen to leave and my case got transfer over to Darbie Smith who does not seem to know exactly what she is doing. Every time we spoke she has to have me repeat myself to her about the case and the situation over again and again. She mix me up with a different person who has the same name but different address and then an eviction that is not related to me.Recently she asked me to provide my bank account information to her she stated that because their firm won’t represent anyone who doesn’t have the funds to pay??? What is that suppose to mean? She stated she won’t file anything until I provide her my bank information. I was so uncomfortable with what she was asking for because she wants me to provide proof of money, that it can be paid otherwise she will not provide me service and said the firm has been having bad reputation because of cases where it was not being paid.I took a picture of my brothers account with his consent and support, to her and she sends me a rejection letter right after, stating they only help low income family?! What a joke! No wonder this company has bad reputation!!!!I am very shock and displease with such a lawyer who is so unprofessional and she doesn’t even know how to handle the case or tell me what to do next. Horrible, it’s so horrible that I’m letting all my friends, family and relatives know how bad this place is. Very poor service experience I got from this firm. I had an eviction case ongoing and I was working with lawyer Christopher who happen to leave and my case got transfer over to Darbie Smith who does not seem to know exactly what she is doing. Every time we spoke she has to have me repeat myself to her about the case and the situation over again and again.
