When my Mother was in the process of moving to New York from New Jersey, we sought the assistance of Attorney Soyka, who provided in depth advice during our consultation. She patiently answered our questions, especially when we asked about Medicaid qualifications and provided us with a strategy for successful application. She was very kind, not rushing us or treating us like a number. We made some mistakes when it came to our mother’s estate and we felt bad about that.
