They literally saved my life by winning my case. My atty, Justin Poe, was phenomenal in the hearings. He knew more than the “State’s Expert Dr.” We had to attend two hearings presumably because the first Dr. acknowledged I qualified as fully disabled. In the second hearing the Dr. testified why he didn’t believe I qualified and Justin immediately rattled off my medical history, MRI report, EMG, etc to prove otherwise. Then asked the Dr. ‘now do you still feel there is not enough evidence to prove nerve compression?’ The Dr. paused for a good minute and finally agreed with Justin. I was floored, but also knew we were right. Justin is a skilled trial atty AND basically an unlicensed physician considering the depth of his knowledge on medical issues and diseases. Thank you to Deb Spector for taking my case. And thank you to Nicole for the countless updates. Most of all, thank you just is not enough, Justin. We Are Only Human
Awful experience, sad really. I only called about receiving services to receive social security for my 13yr old schizophrenic child who can not function. I am eligible per another attny office and herself. She was so terribly rude. Undermining tone and snippy. I’m so confused I just called to ask to be represented. My daughter is sitting in a mental institution right now I didn’t need that garbage on top of it all. I hope she gathers herself together and have some tact and diplomacy when speaking to potential clients.

Mrs. Spector was not good at all for following through with my case. When my hearing came, she sent someone different, not even what I hired. She was mean and judgmental. I rarely could talk about my case to her and when I did she attacked me. The money I spent to send her documents, her company never refunded and she dumped me as a client via mail.
