Don’t use this firm. One of the attorneys at this firm tried to manipulate me into taking a low ball settlement like my prior attorney did. Throwing the “offer of judgement” clause at me. It appeared as if the attorney at Calhan’s’ firm spoke with my former attorney and he started sounding like her. Trying to manipulate and intimidate me to take a inadequate settlement. She realized I wasn’t going to trust her so she withdrew. I hope Mr. Calhan fire this guy. It happened around January 6, of 2022.
