They claimed the case against my former employer should be easily won because I was wrongfully terminated, and ten months later they called me from block number saying there is nothing They could do. All of my monthly payments I made went into waste.

Not the easiest group to work with. They clearly have a very standardized, cookie-cutter way of handling cases – not caring much for details of individual cases. Did not back up legal advice with any apparent strategy or reasoning, other than “this is how we do things.” Several instances of miscommunication, and very slow with post-settlement tasks. Basically only paid them for their letterhead. Definitely not all-stars, but in the end they did their job I suppose.
