I was facing a first offense DUI with a .12 BAC. The officer pulled me over for what he thought was an inoperable license plate bulb at 2:30 in the morning. Through Pat’s due diligence, decades of experience, and knowledgeable acquaintances he was able to get the DUI charge dropped prior to a jury trial by proving the officer made an illegal stop. Pat immediately got to work collecting and looking at all the evidence and talking with the DA. He told me everything I needed to do proactively to better my chances in court. I followed all his advice while he took care of all the court appearances and conversations necessary. I did my part and he took care of the rest. In the end he was able to get all the charges dropped except for a disorderly conduct charge. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, a couple hundred dollars in fines and 1 year probation. I recently hired Pat when I was looking at thousands in fines, months in jail and losing my gun rights. Pat immediately got to work collecting and looking at all the evidence and talking with the DA. One that I am truly regretful for and it added an insurmountable amount of stress in my life. Someone recommended that I reach out to Pat and so I did. He answered all my questions thoroughly and reassured me that he will do what he can to help me.
