Maddie went truly above and beyond during my visit. I unfortunately had a rush print job for a funeral that I was in town for, and she was so lovely from start to finish. She kindly troubleshooted some issues to make sure everything came out perfect, and she was patient, calm, and helpful every step of the way. She made a hard day so much better. Took them 3 1/2 hours to fix a phone screen, after they told me it’d only take an hour to an hour and a half. Halfway through the screen replacement, I asked how much longer it would be, and the man started telling me about how my battery and motherboard might be bad, even though the phone I brought in literally only need a new screen to be in perfect condition.. He then took another hour and a half fixing it after me asking him for an ETA on this, as he had to look up online what the issues were and had to call other stores for assistance to finish the process… I personally, don’t like handing my phone over to get it fixed by people that “can fix any phone with a broken screen”, and getting handed back my same phone that wouldn’t charge at all and kept looping.. great work staples ‍♂️

Don’t go unless you have lots of time and patience! I have to clarify that this is primarily about their print & copy center. I go there often to get things printed and yesterday was no different. I submitted the order online. It was a small, simple order. When I went to the store to pick it up there were no less than four people just standing around behind the counter. When I walked up to pick up my order I was informed it hadn’t been started yet but they would start it immediately. So I left the store and came back about 45 minutes later. They handed me my copies which were letter sized paper so everything was reduced in size and tough to read. So they apologized and said they would reprint. I came back and they had reprinted but not collated and stapled. So she apologized and blamed her new trainee for doing it. Now, if you’re training someone new, don’t you check their work to make sure they delivered correctly against the order? I double checked my order and it clearly stated what I needed. Bottom line, it took me about 1.5 hours to get what should have been a 3 minute pick up. This visit was extreme but normally this print and copy center is SLOW … no sense of urgency whatsoever. I wish there was a Fedex Kinkos nearby!

Honestly the worst customer service ever experience. I am a student and used the print service on a regular basis.. which was always down. The person behind the desk would just apologize instead of offering to print for me (at a higher price I would have happily paid each time). I ordered a printer from the 2 hour service…. it never came… 4 days later… so my amazon printer will be here on Monday.

They are the modern day version of the snake oil salesmen. I went to buy a scanner and they talked me into buying this “Neat” program. A few weeks later I was thoroughly frustrated with it. They wouldn’t take it back and we’re no longer selling them! Nice!
