Critical: ResponsivenessThis firm secures millions, there’s no doubt about that. Everyone will treat you with respect. They’re not armatures. However the lack of communication is beyond frustrating, I have a case pending for 3+ years now, and every time I call for an update my attorney as well as his clerks are never available, which isn’t my issue I understand busy work. My frustration builds when they say they’ll give a call back and weeks and often at times months could go by. Also be sure you stop treatment at the end of your medical (PIP) coverage or else you will come out of pocket! The attorney gets their 1/3 regardless of what you actually walk away with. After asking my attorney several times for at least a year to file an arbitration in regards to my medical bills he has NOT, and his only response was I just haven’t got to it yet. He plans on settling the compensation part of the law suit which he gets paid from but not the medical bills which once again I’ll have to pay out of pocket. Save yourself the headache this firm is a little too busy for the little guys. Communication goes a long way!!This firm secures millions, there’s no doubt about that.
