Stay away from this firm. Hired for an uncontested divorce, no kids or shared property, in May 2020 and they finally got the case filed in August 2021 after months of no communication and repeated errors on their end. They’ll go months without updating you on the case (their retainer agreement says you’re entitled to regular updates) and then bill 15 minutes for a one sentence email that doesn’t explain anything. I’ve used legal services in the past and this is not normal.

I just called to make an appointment and the receptionist isRUDE, seemingly for no reason. Instead of forwarding the call to someone who could help answer my questions she aggressively reassured me that she is not a LAWYER and simply the receptionist and can not give advise. Its sad that she doesn’t realize she represents a law office so, if she can not answer questions or provide appropriate feedback simply transfer to someone who can.

This has to be the worst law firm ever! Not only was I on hold for 20 minutes but once the lawyer came on for their free over the phone consultation it almost felt like I committed a crime! This guy was so rude and unprofessional, made me feel humiliated for the questions I have asked, this is a sensitive matter in my life and I have never went through any paternity proceedings so obviously I had questions! If you want to feel like your $2500 retainer fee will be wasted on a lawyer who clearly does not care for your needs…then you found the place! Never in my life have I written a review on any bad experiences that I might have had, but this just had to be done! The worst experience ever! If this service was free I would still deny it! Maybe you guys should have some sensitivity training! I respect up front and straight to the point people but this guy was just indescribably rude! Wouldn’t even give them a star but had to chose something otherwise I can not post!
