After I inquired why I was not being paid OT according to Ca law, my private employer suddenly decided that I was no longer a ‘good fit’. I telephoned several employment law firms. However, my inquiries were met with silence (no call back) or rejection (by one firm that did call back). Finally, I found Steve Danz and Associates. I called and was amazed to be called back by the attorney and not an intake interviewer.
