From the moment I walked into the office without an appointment I was greeted courteously by an assistant at the front desk. Stephen Kelly happened to be in at the time and immediately asked me into his office. This was the first time I had ever been to an attorney for anything so did not have any idea of what to expect. Got told that I had a solid case for injuring my hand at work and guesstimated a 6k to 20k settlement. For a few months I kept getting told that everything is OK and to wait to hear from them. After 4 months I get told that having an MRI done would really help my case. I get one, which cost a few thousand dollars but I didn’t care, knowing the final guesstimated settlement. Month later I get a letter saying they’re closing the case due to nor getting regular treatment. Came in with an injured hand, came out missing a few thousand dollars…..do not recommend.

I Highly recommend Jennifer Bonesteel. She is very dependable – always returns my phone calls even if they were late at night or on the weekends. Always responds quickly to all of my emails. Jennifer and her co-workers are very personable, your not waiting days for a response or have to deal with automated answering directories which drive me crazy, you call and there is a real life person on the other end of the line. My daughter was in an accident, and as hard as it is to deal with that in itself, we had medical bills in the mail already waiting for us after she got out of hospital. Jennifer was there every step of the way. Any question I had, she had an answer. She took care of everything for me so that I could focus on my daughters recovery.When it was time to go to court, she was able to keep me calm – which I might add is very difficult for any parent in our situation. She really cares about her clients.. No one wants to have to get a lawyer, or have to go to court – and no one wants to have an accident and no one wants to watch a love one suffer. You always hope that people will do what’s right. You always try to have faith that people will do the right thing. When reality wakes you up from a nightmare that you were already having and now you find yourself swimming in hundreds of thousands of dollars of medical debt because of someone else; you have no choice to get a lawyer. I’m so glad we found Jennifer.
